FAQ

Why do I need to be approved?

To make sure all clients get the very best out of Bold Mailer we process large uploads of email addresses to clients accounts to approve and ensure that those email addresses are not going to be SPAMMED. We got to great lengths to make sure all our clients get the very best of service and make sure our servers do not get blacklisted because of over looked email addresses.

This can take up to 48 hours in total so we recommend once signing up to upload your subscribers to your Bold Mailer list so we can start the approval straight away.

You will not need to go through this process again unless uploading an even larger amount of email addresses.

Will being approved automatically send campaigns?

No it won't, so you can safely start the approval even if you are not quite ready to send. We'll just notify you once you've been approved, then you can send it out whenever you like.

If you have any questions at all about what might hold approval up or need any more information about this process, don't hesitate to contact our support team.

Can I add subscribe forms on my website?

Yes of course, Bold Mailer provides a range of systems to help you add a form on your website to collect email addresses from your users. We allow you to add fields for custom forms such as 'Name', 'Address' and so on, so you can have Bold Mailer become your contact management system without paying for a seperate system.
